Processing Time

All our products are made to order. Once you place your order, our production partner begins creating your item.

• Standard processing time: 2-7 business days
• Processing time varies depending on the product and current order volume
• You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched with tracking information

Shipping Times

After your order is produced, shipping times are:

UK Domestic:

• Standard shipping: 2-5 business days
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days (where available)

International:

• Europe: 5-10 business days
• Rest of World: 7-15 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

• Contact us with your order number and tracking information
• We'll investigate with our shipping carrier
• If the package is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund

Multiple Items

If you order multiple products, they may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive separately. Each item will have its own tracking number.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once production begins, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
